The existing unremarkable and generic 1990s center entrance colonial once lacked character, and any sense of uniqueness. A full exterior renovation including all new windows, exterior trim, siding and the addition of a covered porch resulted in a dramatic transformation from a drab colonial to a transitional craftsman-style home.
Home Sweet Home
This classic colonial home was in need of exterior updates to improve its function and curb appeal. With creative design and architectural elements, this home was transformed to look brand new. New windows, doors, and a back patio made this home truly stand out amongst its surroundings.
New England Paradise
After moving to Massachusetts from Hawaii, this family was excited to recreate the paradise that they once lived in. The exterior of this home was completely updated, and included all new siding, trim, windows, doors, a front porch, a two-story back deck with an outdoor kitchen and dining area, as well as a full transformation of the landscape. This home has definitely become its own New England paradise.
- Chrysalis Regional Award
This project took on a stylistic update and complete renovation of a dated colonial style home. This transformative proposal included the addition of an elevator, renovation of a powder room, addition/remodel of a kitchen. Exterior work included the addition of a Carriage House with covered connector, outdoor kitchen and complete facelift of existing materials.
Stunning Curb Appeal
A complete exterior remodel and addition on this 1960’s home truly gave it back the life and beauty that it deserved. The remodel gave this home all new windows, a new front door and new garage doors, and a second story addition that holds a new master suite above the now extended two-car garage. A front porch was also added on to give the home some character and depth, and now it is impossible to drive by without taking a second look.
A Complete Transformation
This older home was quickly being outgrown and outdated for an upcoming young family. An addition was put on over the existing one car garage to give space for a second vehicle, as well as an entirely new master suite above it. A front porch was added to the home, as well as it being completely re-sided and given a new roof.
