Luxury Meets the Lake

This large family was hoping to modernize and improve the kitchen in their summer home on Lake Sunapee. As people that entertain often it was important to have a space that make it easy to do that. The main level was originally very broken up, with the kitchen discarded to the corner as an afterthought. The renovation removed a full bath, pantry, and wet bar to open the space for a large kitchen with an island and direct views of the lake. The old kitchen became a new dining room with shiplap ceiling and dressed columns to match the new kitchen. Upgraded appliances, storage, and a wet bar were all included as well for a luxurious and breathtaking result.
